Headquartered in the UK, lastminute.com operates in 13 Europe countries and the US.
Founded in 1998 by young entrepreneurs Brent Hoberman and Martha Lane-Fox, lastminute.com also operates joint ventures in UAE, Japan and Australia.
Travelocity, part of Sabre Holdings, acquired the business in July.
In addition to the lastminute.com brand, it operates a number of other travel and leisure business including car hire broker holiday autos and accommodation supplier medhotels.com
