Bespoke holidays
Our holidays are bespoke, individually designed to suit each customer, with as much action, entertainment or relaxation as required. We offer everything from adventure travel to weddings, including holidays at sea with Virgin Holidays Cruises, and luxury hotel breaks in conjunction with deluxe travel publisher Hip Hotels.  Florida and Caribbean value specialist Travel City Direct and luxury touring company Bales Worldwide are also part of the Group.

We strive to make every holiday as perfect as we can – getting the brilliant basics right before dazzling customers with unexpected, innovative, and magical touches, such as our dedicated concierge service and exclusive v-room airport lounges at Gatwick and Manchester.

In the last year alone we’ve been voted Best Long-Haul Tour Operator at the TTG Awards 2010 and won thirteen awards at the British Travel Awards 2010, including Best Package Holiday Company Long-Haul, as voted by customers.
